Custom spaces are for hire at our yard. Pricing and the minimum hire term depend on the arrangement agreed for your space.
Tell us the layout you need and how long you intend to hire it. The minimum term is confirmed before booking.
Discuss a custom space →Standard hire terms: a one-month minimum hire period, with one month’s notice before leaving. Regular payments are taken by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month. If you start partway through a month, the initial part-month payment is made by BACS bank transfer, with Direct Debit starting on the 1st of the next full month. Custom-space minimum hire terms are agreed individually.

Before you
make room.
How are payments taken?
If you start partway through a month, your initial payment is made by BACS bank transfer to cover the period up to the start of the following month. Direct Debit then starts on the 1st of the next full month and continues monthly.
How long are the hire agreements?
Standard containers and vehicle bays have a minimum hire period of one month. One month’s notice is required before leaving. Minimum hire terms for custom spaces and made-to-order workshops are agreed individually with your quotation.
How do I find out about prices and availability?
Call 020 8432 2265 with details of what you need to store, its size and your preferred dates. We can then discuss current availability and a quotation.
Can I discuss something that is not listed?
Yes—specialised enquiries are welcome. Share the dimensions, intended use and any unusual requirements. Suitability and any additional arrangements will need to be confirmed.
Are the workshops already built?
No. The workshop image is a concept render. Container-based workshops are offered on a made-to-order enquiry basis, with the final specification, timing and any necessary approvals agreed individually.
What should I confirm before storing?
Confirm your allocated space, access arrangements, price and tax treatment, terms, notice period and any insurance requirements. Ask about the suitability of your goods or vehicle before bringing them to the site.
